Delivery & returns

1–2 working days for office-to-office delivery, and from 1 working day for delivery to an address. The estimate excludes the day the parcel is handed to the courier, weekends and public holidays, and may be extended for reasons outside our control or the carrier's.

Delivery costs the same anywhere in the country — Nova Post charges by parcel weight and by the method you choose, not by distance. The final figure is shown at checkout.

• Collection from a Nova Post pickup point: 55 lei up to 2 kg.
• Heavier parcels: 65 lei up to 5 kg, 75 lei up to 10 kg, 85 lei up to 20 kg.
• Courier delivery to your address: +25 lei on top of the above.
• Free delivery on orders over 500 lei.

Parcels are held free for 5 working days at a Nova Post branch and 3 days at a parcel locker. Once a locker's period runs out the parcel is moved to the nearest branch at no cost to you; at a branch a storage fee of 5 lei per day applies. Either way the parcel can still be collected within 30 days of arrival, after which it is returned to the sender.

Faulty, wrong or non-conforming product: the return is free for you and TerraDava covers the cost.

Change of mind: you can return unopened products within 14 days of receipt. The Nova Post return tariff, 70 lei for parcels up to 30 kg, is paid by the buyer.

Opened or partly used products (food and opened cosmetics) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

For now we take international orders by phone or email. The buyer covers the full delivery cost, parcels go through customs control, and any duties or VAT in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.
